Hi guys,
well a lot has happened since my last post….our ensembles are actually coming along quite well….WE HAVE AN ENDING!!! LOL…
we still do have the odd occasion where we do get a bit carried away but o well…we still have worked and will continue to work hard….tis coming along nicely…..
well….Cashy told us today that….year 12 Drama ensemble night, they are no longer doing it with the other school (the other school pulled out) and so now it’s being done at our school, and there’s only like 5 or so girls in that class, which means that us year 11’s will be performing our solos that night to the parents…well half of us, the other half will be performing it on year 11 drama showcase night in June….
So yeah, I volounteered with Nadia n Laura to do mine in two weeks…I figured I just want to get it over with and out of the way…but the reason I am stressing is (I stress lots but try not to show it) because it was my first solo and…yeah it wasn’t exactly the best….but I guess this is a time to improve on it, but what makes it worse is that thought that genelle is most likely performing on that night!! I mean, well I know of course she’s going to be good because she was in Top Class….but it just makes mine look really bad!! I dont mean that in any offensive way, it’s just that I have a lot more to learn about solo’s as this was my first one and genelle is so experienced and yeah!!!
and btw…did I mention I was stressing?? LOL
